The background and knowledge of industrial minerals for ceramic, glass, paint, plastic, refractory, animal feed, cosmetic, and other application along with the experience in marketing distributing and sales obtained for more than 15 years are the factors that reinforced my idea and decision to establish the company Minerex S. A. de C. V. as a distributor of minerals, raw material and chemicals for the above mentioned industry, operating in México and expanding recently to USA, central and South America. Based in my human leadership to my team, the spirit of service and win-to-win phylosophy, we achieved a substantial growth; from US$0.4 million in the first year of operation to US$6.7 million.

Possehl is a minerals and raw material distributor for the ceramic, refractory, animal feed, foundry and other industries. My position was to develop and increase the sales at the north area for the ceramic, animal feed, refractory, cosmetic, paint and plastic industries. The introduction of new products along with the increase of sales and the customer satisfaction were the major achievements

Responsiblle of the evaluation and characterization of minerals for the ceramic industry, basically clay and kaolin deposits existing in the Mexican country. Planning and Execution of a research job to improve the efficiency of the sanitaryware production using the particle size distribution method developed by Dr. Dinger and Dr. Funk (from Clemson University) using a micronized feldspar and silica product in the ceramic formula.
