Collaborated with Data Discovery Team in financial data discovery for Project Unify: a data architecture and analytics project that transitions UBS AM to its new investment management warehouse (SimCorp) - Identified primary key constraints for positions and transactions databases in firm’s old accounting management software (GIM2) and formulated a new data model logic to ensure accurate data flow from GIM2 to SimCorp - Analyzed GIM2 records of 14 different derivative security types including credit default swaps and currency forwards and validated the sufficiency of the data model logic - Prepared and presented midterm and final reports on data discovery to UBS Chief Data Team of 15 people

* Worked under the Industry City Project, a 6 million square-foot 21st Century innovation and manufacturing district situated in Sunset Park, Brooklyn * Projected rendering and development costs for the next eighteen months * Gathered and analyzed LOI amendments for each tenant and constructed a tenant roster that included 456 tenants * Combined former floor plans and reorganized a new floor plan for the use of Leasing Department * Administered View to Space (VTS) platform to record tenant updates * Attended weekly leasing and development meetings in order to provide tenant updates to deparment leaders

* Implemented quantitative analysis for return on investment (ROI) in Facebook Advertisements with the use of Adobe Marketing Cloud Omniture * Retrieved data for company’s search engine optimization (SEO) with the use of Google Analytics * Constructed spreadsheets to examine daily and weekly changes in company’s Facebook page, Facebook Advertisements and Twitter account with the use of Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads * Monitored up-to-date events both in Turkey and in the world and consulted new social media ideas depending on these events * Prepared in-depth comparison analysis for company’s international competitors * Led to a 8% increase in the customer base of the company
