During my time with the company I was manager of two branches (Donnybrook & Stillorgan). I looked after staff rosters, till operations, stock control, bookkeeping, and developing customer relations

During my time with Perry Ogden Films I worked on the production of the film Pavee Lackeen: The Traveller Girl. I was responsible for logging and digitizing footage for the editor.

I worked as assistant editor on the short film 'The Fixer'

* My responsibilities included * Assist other store employees with their work * Disseminate tasks and orders to employees * Train and evaluate trainees * Check the flow of the store from time to time. * Check the products before the opening and closing of the store * Encode the delivered or ordered materials or products * Assist customers with their requirements. * Communicate with the manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters. * Work on store displays. * Act as officer in charge whenever the presence of the Manager is not available. * Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.

* Accountability for the day to day delivery of the Front of House customer service operation. * Ownership and development of meeting room management to meet and exceed business needs. * Ensure visitors/calls are dealt with in a welcoming, courteous and professional manner, seeking to anticipate their needs where possible. * Liaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintained. * Liaise with building management in relation to building maintenance issues and seek resolution.

* I looked after the day to day operations of the Conference Centre at Griffith College. The role involved: * Sales & Marketing: * Dealing with incoming enquiries, * Issuing of proposals, * Attracting new business, * Developing new marketing campaigns e.g. company website, optimizing SEO and reviewing advertising, * Management of accounts and budgets, * Updating weekly sales figures, * Invoicing clients, * Monitoring budgets, * Monitoring competitors to ensure the best pricing, * I also redeveloped the Conference Centre brochure for digital marketing purposes so as to better present the Conference Centre via online marketing. * Event Administration: * Management and administration on all bookings, * Welcoming clients to the venue, * Booking rooms (for internal & external clients), * Ensuring rooms are set-up as per clients request, * Liaising with multiple on-campus departments to coordinating events

My role involved being the first point of contact in the college and to provide a professional information service to staff, students, visitors, and the general public. I operated the switchboard directing calls to the appropriate office, assisted in managing incoming post and deliveies, arranging couriers and taxis as well as any other tasks that may arise during the day. In addition to this I have assisted many of the faculties and departments throughout the college for example the Legal CPD department, were I have helped with the organisation and set up of a number of law conferences.

During my time with Ballywire I worked as a video editor on a number of commercial and journalistic pieces including promotional videos for the GAA and video news reports (VNRs) for the Irish Independent such as the Ireland in a minute segment. I also worked as a journalist covering events taking place around Dublin for example the Laya Healthcare 2013 Street Performers World Championship, the 2013 Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta and the special Riverdance show for the 2013 Gathering festival: http://tinyurl.com/p233y8q

I worked in the Griffith Halls of Residence during the summers of 2012 and 2013. During my time there my responsibilities included looking after front desk operations, being the first point of contact with both residents and potential residents, liaising with all other departments to ensure day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently and that any unexpected issues are dealt with quickly. I also looked after applications for future residents, providing tours of the facilities, processing applications and following up on payments. It was a great opportunity to experience a fast paced, intense work environment where meeting targets and deadlines were essential.

Working as part of a team my role with SIPS was to aid touring crews to set up for stage shows in major Dublin venues e.g. The O2, and the Olympia Theatre, as well as at summer festivals like Oxegen. The job involved working in many aspects of event production, from setting up the stage, lighting A/V, and pyrotechnics to operating spotlights and assisting the touring crew with a multitude of tasks that my arise before, during, and after the show. It was a labour intensive role but it also gave great insight into event management and how to coordinate a large group people to put together shows at the highest levels of the entertainment spectrum. As a result of this job I had the opportunity to see many talented artists like Fleetwood Mac, Pearl Jam, Green Day and many more.

During then 2010/2011 academic year I designed, edited and published six issues of the GCD Students' Union publication 'Griffiti' The magazine was shortlisted for the 2011 Smedia awards under the category of small college publication of the year.

During my time with Click Magazine I gained an inside in to the work that is involved in putting together a high quality gaming and technology publication. I got to see how the magazine gets constructed and how a template is set up from which the writers and designers can work around. I also got to contribute a number of articles and design content for use on the magazines online site.

During my time at Big River I worked as a video editor on several projects including: TV advertisement for the charity Bothar as part of their Christmas appeal A short piece for UNICEF Ireland which was shown in schools around the country to inform students about the history of the organization and the work that it does.

Nordic Media is an intensive, two-year exploration of a wide range of contemporary issues in media and communications.

The CompTIA A+ certification is the starting point for a career in IT. The exams cover maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers.

This is a course for beginners with no previous knowledge of the Norwegian language. The student is introduced to the basic grammar and vocabulary for use in daily life. It will entail topics of everyday needs like going shopping, greeting people, making bookings for travels etc. It will also touch in on professions. The student will be able to understand and form short and easy meaningful sentences at the end of the 12 week course. Homework is given for all of the 12 chapters which will give the student the necessary corrections and improvements in their language skills."

I completed a Level 7 BA in photographic media in 2011 and a Level 8 BA Hons in Journalism and Visual Media in 2013. While in Griffith College I worked as editor for the Students' Union publication Griffiti. I also began guitar lessons with the Leinster School of Music and Drama. In my free time I began to teach myself Norwegian.

During my time at the Liberties I studied many areas of media production, incuding radio, film, TV and print journalism. I was able to work on projects from intial concepts right through the production process to having completed a number of audio/visual pieces.

I completed a one year Post leaving certificate course in sports & recreation management. During my time on this course I gained coaching qualifications in a variety of sports including basketball, soccer, and Gaelic football. I also gained qualifications in first aid and attained the necessary certification for pool lifeguard.

We aim to produce media graduates who are versatile, confident and able to work across the media communications spectrum. From a multi-media and academic grounding in year one the students can develop their own study pathways, whether it is social and digital media, photography, radio, investigative journalism, TV and video. Students can become broadcasters, reporters, documentary makers, professional photographers, online and social media specialists and also progress to postgraduate study. "

The course combines digital media, web design principles, web technologies, online marketing and PR, social technologies and an introduction to online advertising. It will teach users how to develop digital campaigns, through both web and mobile channels, using the most effective digital media and communications platforms, it will also teach users how to effectively monitor, track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
