I currently serve as the CEO of Crown Solar Energy, a venture launched in 2023 with the vision of advancing Pakistan’s renewable energy landscape. My focus is on scaling the business through innovation, strategic expansion, and operational excellence. Prior to this, I took charge of production operations in 2019, where I worked on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and building strong execution capabilities. This hands-on leadership experience played a crucial role in shaping my approach to business and decision-making. My journey began in 2017 when I made the conscious decision to return to Pakistan after completing my education, early schooling at Repton School in Dubai, and A-Levels from Mander Portman Woodward College in London. Instead of following a conventional academic route, I chose to gain practical experience and joined the company as an intern. From day one, I was encouraged to learn the business from the ground up, spending time across departments, solving day-to-day challenges, and developing a deep understanding of operations under direct mentorship. Today, I continue to build on that foundation with a leadership style driven by clarity, adaptability, and a long-term vision, focused on creating businesses that are resilient, future-ready, and people-centered.
