• Initiate and coordinate the implementation of approved departmental strategies, policies, and procedures. • Manage the provision of general support services, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, water supply services for the upkeep of office and residential premises. • Support with local journey management policy and policy. • Management of logistics schedule and manpower to ensure operational continuity. • Prepare annual budget and plan for the department and monitor implementation. • Oversee all civil works and constructions on the plant and other plant property. • Ensure that the power plant has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. • Ensure regular maintenance of the plant and residential facilities. • Prepare scope of work for contractors to guide tenders. • Supervise and coordinate work of contractors in line with the agreed service levels. • Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to benchmark vendors quote. • Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for employees. • Ensure plant is litter free and when required, liaise with external contractors to maintain cost-effective schedule for waste disposal. • Undertake routine inspections of the site including daily maintenance checks. • Ensure the maintenance of computerized records of all regular checks undertaken. • Ensure the efficiency of the refrigeration & AC systems, heating, and lighting systems throughout the premises, diagnose problems, and provide lasting solutions. • Undertake and document a termly risk assessment of the whole plant and other risk assessments / health and safety checks as suggested by the Health & Safety Manager. • Carryout regular inspection of all drains and gullies to prevent blockages. • Manage refuse and recycling procedures in line with best practice. • Supervise the servicing, monitoring and record keeping associated with the shift buses and other vehicles

To co-ordinate daily operations and effective maintenance, management of the oil & gas terminal facilities in West Africa, offices in Nigeria, Guest House ,hotel reservation, procurement and vendor management. 1. Coordinates and oversees the daily operational activities of the Office facility such as general safety and security, cleanliness, health and safety, power generation, monitoring access, maintaining appearance and overall environment of the office facility, identifying and providing remedies for potential hazards and defects. 2. Ensures prompt and adequate maintenance and repair of office building, furniture, equipment and fixtures to provide and maintain an appropriate working environment 3. Action all maintenance request according to SLA 4. Ensure detailed routine and preventative maintenance for Head Office and Guest House equipment, fixtures, etc are developed, followed and maintained to agreed standards and within approved budget 5. Vendor management 6. Maintains all office records, databases, service agreements and contract registers ensuring that services are in accordance with company standards. 7. Coordinates administrative activities, oversees the prompt and adequate provision of all office stationery and plies develops, implements and maintains office administrative procedures, systems and practices to ensure effective coordination and control of administrative activities. 8. Monitors and oversees all insurance policies, including fire, burglary, vehicle comprehensive etc 9. Participating in the preparation of operational budgets for facility, office administration and other projects, and in the development of internal administrative policies and procedures. 10. Oversees emergency planning, including identifying alternative working arrangements and alerting staff in the event of an emergency 11. Contribute to unit’s operational plans and activities to improve on service performance of the unit

o Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the facility through implementation of policies, procedures and programs required by the client and the company. o The ultimate goal is to assure a well-managed well maintained property or portfolio of properties with emphasis on positive and timely response to the concerns and needs of the clients occupying the property o Conduct periodic unannounced property inspections on weekends, nights and early mornings to determine the performance of key service providers, i.e. janitorial service, landscaping, security, technician/handyman services, etc. o MBWA - Manage by walking around. o Involvement and input required with the Portfolio Manager for the selection of service providers. o Assure full compliance of all service providers with property specifications and standards. o Responsible for daily inspection and supervise Preventive Maintenance plans o Oversee the correction of maintenance issues that relate to the interior space and exterior of the building, as applicable. o Manage property to identify, prevent, address, and eliminate all environmental, health and safety issues. o Conduct regular periodic fire and life safety inspections. o Provide for records destruction services as needed to protect proprietary information. o Monitor utility usage and make adjustments in usage patterns to minimize costs. o Provide project management services for small projects as directed by management. Additionally, the Facility Manager is involved and serves as a resource for all interior planning, furniture reconfiguration and internal moves of the clients. o Conduct periodic property review to prepare and maintain plans for handling major storms, security risks and other extraordinary events. o Maintain liaison relationship with Landlords or Landlord Representatives. o Review and understand Leases. o Produce weekly analysis and report o Assist Project Management and Engineering, Design and Construction personnel

Responsible for the facilities plumbing work such as pumps, motors, plumbing bearings. Log, analyse and track maintenance requests. Ensures that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly Installations and repairs of air conditioning unit (especially VRF cassette units) suggest initiatives to improve operating practices, such as increasing energy efficiency Assist with facilities electrical queries Troubleshooting cable wiring sizing and calculation Responsible for the facilities electrical queries Oversees installation/removal of equipment, also help design facility layouts and systems that are progressive and are optimized for efficiency and cash conversion Oversees all building maintenance function related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, custodial and cosmetic items such as painting, flooring, grounds maintenance Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs Supervise outside contractors for servicing/repair of facility equipment, including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical/power, custodial, security, general contractors, and facility ownership/management companies Works proactively with management team to establish and maintain safe systems of work and a safe environment for colleagues, suppliers, and customers Lead and support structured problem solving efforts Oversees, directs and assigns the daily activities and responsibilities of the maintenance personnel to ensure facility systems equipment are maintained, serviced, and kept operational Provides leadership for employees within the maintenance and facilities department, including: coaching and mentoring facilities teams to improve engagement with local technical/commercial stakeholders and to establish communication channels between the cross functional teams

Manage PM work for production support machineries, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required. 9. Electrical installation repair, troubleshooting from low voltage to medium distribution system and network. 10. Heavy duty, generator, automobile, transformer and inspection competence.
