Oversee Daily Operations which includes activities at the reception, Housekeeping Department, Restaurant, Bar and Maintenance Department. Recruit, Train, Supervise and Evaluate Staffs ensuring they maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote the Organization and attract more guests to patronize the business. Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges effectively. Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and address complaints or issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage procurement process. Implement and enforce health and safety standards within the Organization.

Managing budgets, controlling costs, identifying areas for cost reduction. Preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations and managing tax obligations. Identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and controls. Oversee financial daily operations which include payroll, invoicing, Cash flow, and other transactions. Formulating strategic and long term business plans by contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization. Developed and maintained relationships with external parties Such as auditors, banks and other financial institutions.

Oversee Daily Operations in the Storage unit. Monitor inventory of goods in and out of the Hotel Store and Hotel Premises. Monitor expiring date of goods meant for the Hotel use. Monitor and makes effort that everything needed for the Hotel use is available for all departments. Monitor and give account for goods supplied to the Hotel Store.
