As one of the social media executives here at BullyBillows I took ownership of our online voice and storytelling. I was responsible for content creation, community engagement and performance.

Playing a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding post purchase support. Addressing and supporting clients needs and queries and acting as a coordinating liaison between customers and service technicians

I provided reliable and compassionate dog walk walking and care services tailored to the unique needs of each animal and their owners. My mission was to ensure pets felt safe, happy and loved while their humans were away.
