Led groups of new skiers in drills and practice to gain skills and find enjoyment in skiing. Attended training sessions to improve my own skiing and instructing knowledge to better teach my students.

Adapted and taught whole group and small group lessons to best suit the differentiated needs of students. Collaborated with other fourth grade teachers to develop after school activities and joint lessons based on student data.

Led lessons with students from kindergarten to sixth grade in language arts, math, physical education, and art. Gained experience in inclusive classrooms with students with autism spectrum disorder and English language learners as well as students in advanced work classes.

Coached a team of 11 City Year members at the Dearborn 6-12 STEM Academy in Roxbury, MA to provide support for students in coursework, behavior and attendance. Provided feedback on corps members' key strengths and areas for improvement to delivery best possible service to the students

Partnered with an 8th grade teacher to provide guidance and academic aid for over 70 students in math. Planned and initiated events to help strengthen school culture and climate. Led groups of volunteers in physical service at schools across Boston.

Produced informational video messages of Colgate University's website and coordinated interview with people inside and outside of Colgate. Edited these videos into short segments to show events happening at Colgate.
