Serve in dual role to provide full-time, quality family medicine to full caseload of patients while simultaneously leading operations and administration for physicians across 200-bed hospital system. Assessed service delivery, program quality, and patient and staff needs to improve organizational performance. -Evaluated critical hospital metrics to provide solutions and set new policies across patient wait times, hospital readmissions, overnight stays, health inspections, and infectious diseases. -Provided education, support, consultation, and mentorship to boost leadership and staff engagement in patient-centric care, foster collaboration, and increase communication across medical personnel in order to improve patient outcomes.

Provided clinical leadership, medical oversight, program coordination, and service line management for Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) focused on ambulatory care for underserved populations. Maintained quality operations, adherence to health policies, and overall service delivery to ensure quality care and outstanding patient relationships. Managed average daily caseload of 45+ patients and supervised and managed 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. -Collaborated with medical directors across 6 sites to align initiatives, share protocols and insights for patient care, institute quality metrics, and optimize staffing and coverage.

Provided strategic direction and logistical leadership for resident doctors in family practice program.
