The Sisterhood of Trades was created to be a hub to inspire and teach girls about the trades. We want to teach them about first steps they can take regardless of age, class, and we want to especially shout out moms in the trades. Main mission is to teach and be a community, complete with a discord community and newly released podcast: the Sisterhood Takes the Mic Skills include: - team management and organization - community engagement and success - visibility and collaborative writing At the Sisterhood of Trades, I’m proud to be standing and working alongside passionate women who share the same mission: to break barriers through storytelling and awareness

- Interview guests in different areas of the skilled trades and help elevate their careers - Interview students pursuing education in STEM fields or vocational schools - Highlighting individuals who are not breaking generational curses but creating generational blessings - Teaching younger audiences and their families about the fulfillment and success of the trades - Uplifting voices and empowering the stories of those that haven’t been told yet

Keep the community up to date on scholarship opportunities

- perform inspections on printed and machined parts using various measurement tools, including but not limited to optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc - operate CMM and Bluelight scanner - utilize tools like ProShopERP to input dimensions and keep work orders updated throughout processes

- perform thorough inspections and tests on raw material, components, and finished product - document inspection and maintain detailed records - identify and report and non-conformance - conduct calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment - participate in internal audits and assist in the investigations of quality issues - collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements - provide training and guidance to operators pertaining to quality, processes, and safety - conduct regular inspections of safety equipment, facilities, and processes to determine possible hazards and to ensure compliance - assist in the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and programs - investigate accidents, near misses, and and injuries to determine root cause and recommended corrective actions - maintain documentation on safety reports and records - conduct time studies and assessments for process and safety improvements

(Victory and Trend are both under Race Winning Brands) CNC SWISS Lead Operator - In charge of overseeing machines on Trend LLC side of company - Attend morning meeting discussing KPIs, AOPs, and daily goals for shop - Set up 11 axis machines to run different programs - Change over programs for different parts, setting up new tools - Continuously checking parts and loading material in bar feeder - Learn how to write program and edit programs - Use different machinery such as Grinders, EDM Wire Machines, and CMMs (coordinate measurement machine) - Prepare machines for overnight (“Lights Out”) production (automation)

CNC SWISS Operator - Set up 11 axis machines to run different programs - Keep machines running green by continuously checking parts and loading material in bar feeder - Learn how to write program and edit programs - Use different machinery such as Grinders, EDM Wire Machines, and CMMs (coordinate measurement machine)

(Victory and Trend are both under Race Winning Brands) Machine Operator - Rewrite program and run two Okuma machines to rough head turn and cut valves to various sizes according to customer orders and stock orders - Learning how to run all of the cnc machines for each step of the valve machining process - Polish valve face and stem before shipment - Alter program and make minor adjustments on three Takisawa cnc lathes for finish head turning valves before back angle and polishing - Can load and operate two lathes for rough head turn, and two lathes for rough stemming and turndowns

CNC Operator - Operate up to four cnc double spindle Muratec’s from start to finish - Load forgings into machine and unload finished parts into dunnages - Utilize various bench guages and measurement devices such as Keyences, to assure that parts are up to quality standard - Maintain cleanliness around operator area and gauge tables

- sandblast various bearings, pistons, exhausts, intakes, turbos, and other motorsport parts for private customers as well as LLC companies - prep sandblasted paths for various coatings
