Prepared official communications and Management Information Sheets (MIS) for approval, and coordinated with internal teams to implement events effectively.

Develop and execute tailored sourcing frameworks for various roles by conducting market research on competitors, job titles, salary ranges, and Boolean search techniques. Utilize multiple sourcing channels—including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases—to build talent pipelines for current and forecasted roles. Conduct first-level interviews and screenings, and provide consultative support to hiring teams on selection criteria, interview techniques, and evaluation processes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful placements across diverse functions including Project Management, IT, Finance, Compliance, and more.

Collaborated with company leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aimed at boosting business performance and employee productivity. Oversaw end-to-end talent acquisition for key technical roles, managed onboarding and training programs, and ensured effective policy management and communication. Administered employee benefits programs, maintaining compliance and updating plans as required.
