* Role is based in the HQ/Factory, also a pioneer role in the department with responsibility of overall administration support across Logistics and Warehouse Department for less than 200 operational staffs. * Primary Ownership * Time Management System (TMS) * On Job Training (OJT) * Billing Tracking * Internal Consumption & Stationery * Travel Management

* Role is based in the Factory Branch with responsibility of general administration support for HR Department under contract employment. * Primary Responsibility and Ownership * 1. Monthly Report: Absenteeism Report, OT KPI Report & Head count Report * 2. Cafeteria Matters: Purchasing & Equipment Servicing * 3. Consumption Purchasing: using SAP System * 4. Insurance Benefit: Inform to new joiner on company medical benefit * 5. Correspondent Letter: for any incurred matters i.e. Promotion, Transfer etc. * Key Accomplishments * 1. Compile and submit report on time for monthly report for HQ reference * 2. Monitor and ensure stocks for cafeteria utensils purchase on quarterly basis and kitchen equipment purchase on bi-monthly basis * 3. Monitor SAP system for any raised Purchase Request (PR) until items is delivered. * 4. Control and monitor on the matters of insurance issues with assistance from insurance service center with no experience and exposure to insurance.
