Responsible in Printing and Assembly process Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout Responsible in estimating requirements for staffing, time of production, and costs in order to provide relevant data for any operational decisions Manage operator activity in line while production running. Developed technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and engineering drawings to support manufacturing operations. Used lean manufacturing principles to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Responsible in production group as Line Block Stability (LBS)- In Line Quality Engineer Coordinate tracing and troubleshooting for unknown defect Control defect that was affected at product Handle line deviations, analyze unknown root causes in fast and accurate way Presentation and discussion of the results in daily Production Meeting - chair QMP meeting two times a day Implement the use of SPC, FMEA, DMAIC, DOE, 8D and FA techniques Identify, evaluate and resolve technical product or process problems related to 4M (man, method, material, machine) in production area.
