FOOD SAFETY: • Manage the implementation, application and renewal of GMP, HACCP, VHM and HALAL. • Review and verify daily production records, CCP records and QC records. • Built Internal Halal Control System (IHCS) for company. • Applied Logo Buatan Malaysia certification for company. • Ensure product labels comply Food Labelling Regulations. • Manage license renewal and other application: MBI License, LKIM License, FoSIM, MITI. • Prepare and manage export documentations (Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam). • Work closely with forwarder agents & transporters on the logistics/shipment matters. • Apply Health Certificate, Free Sale Certificate, MAQIS e-Permit and C/O Form D for export. HR & TRAININGS • Responsible for all HR related task. • Succesfully converted company’s paper HR system to HRMS. • Responsible for annual training plan, training records and training feedback. • Train new production workers on basic GMP, introduction to Halal and cleaning method. • Manage HRDF Grant application. • Supervise industrial training students.

• Conducted antibiotic residue test and nutrition analysis on raw milk. • Assigned as quality control worker during packaging process. • Collected samples from each batch for shelf-life test. • Monitored yoghurt drink processing and conduct sensory test on yoghurt drink. • Involved in R&D on chocolate flavoured milk and pasteurized goat’s milk.
