Report to : Chief Finance Officer and Director Project : Noble House - Mega Kuningan Assisting, supporting, advising for all legal matters related to the Company and the tenants, the vendor, supplier and Government Institutions.

* Reports to : Deputy General Manager and General Manager * Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities. * Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time. * Review progress of outstanding legal document and liaise with and manage external lawyers and notary. * Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly. * Negotiate land acquisitions, perform land use, and negotiate purchase agreements * Assist for legal documents on Project Department

* Reports to : Director * Interpreting and advising on employment law. * Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. * Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures. * Provide legal advice to all related department to ensure the best legal approach is taken for business ventures. * Handle conflicting legal matters that involve public, and private law. * Drawing up and submitting contracts, agreements and other legal documents. * Promote strong relationships with partners and clients of the corporation
