* Work duties: * Strategic and day to day management of 15 franchise stores (Next, Aldo, Debenhams, River Island) in different regions including Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria * Off site and On site supervision of Brand standards implementation in franchise stores such as Aldo, Next, Debenhams, River Island * Product selection and buying * Management of product delivery process and stock level control * Management of markdown strategy to protect margins. * Management and implementation of pricing policy in different regions * Supervising of best retail standards in stores by monitoring visits and action plan implementation * Business modelling

In charge and directly involved in building seasonal Open to Buys and dispatch budgets with the Franchise partners (Aldo, Next, Debenhams) In charge of planning and fully responsible for the P&L results of the division, country specific pricing policy and markups, sales forecasting, markdown strategy, marketing strategy and cost management Responsible for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards
