I specialize in helping software organizations achieve success in delivering on complex software development projects. With years of experience in leading, architecting and engineering enterprise software solutions for a large range of industries and applications, chances are if I haven't got first-hand experience with the problem set, I've got the skillset to figure it out. My specialty is web- and cloud-based applications focusing on business process efficiency and leveraging the best and most cost-effective software platforms available to help businesses simply execute optimally. I also have a keen interest and a plethora of experience working with small businesses, start-ups and on-demand project-based delivery with tight deadlines and at-risk of failures. One might refer to this as project rescue, but I thrive in making order from the chaos. I have been in the software racket for nearly 20 years both in and out of the corporate world, and have a bachelors degree in computer science from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. I'm currently working on my EMBA with the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, and am projected to graduate at the beginning of 2020. I cut my teeth with over a decade of experience in both Dallas and Seattle and with time at some of the best names in the business: HP, Amazon and IBM.
