Acquired by Tesla in Nov 2016 - Created marketing materials, built financial models and facilitated the due diligence process for tax-equity, securitization, and cash equity transactions which raised over $500mm in financing proceeds for the company - Performed ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management on a variety of strategic endeavors including new markets, new products and residential and commercial solar pricing - Was heavily involved in an effort to increase the number of financing partners offering loans to our customers. Built models depicting investor returns, customer savings, and SolarCity's economics.
