As Regional Hub Coordinator, I led and coordinated field operations for Sustainable Growers Rwanda to ensure the effective implementation of sustainable coffee-growing initiatives under the Bloomberg-funded sustainability program. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: * Led and coordinated agronomy and coffee value chain programs to strengthen farmer livelihoods and sustainability practices. * Designed and facilitated training on advanced coffee processing techniques (anaerobic, honey, and natural), enhancing product quality and market access for farmers, Coffee Washing Station (CWS) managers, and women beneficiaries. * Managed program budgets, resources, and donor reporting in alignment with organizational and donor compliance standards. * Built strong partnerships with NAEB, MINAGRI, RCA, cooperatives, and private sector actors to promote climate-smart and sustainable coffee production. * Supervised cooperative and RCW field staff, ensuring the effective delivery of extension services and farmer capacity-building activities.

In my role at Rainforest Alliance, I focused on monitoring the implementation of sustainability standards among certificate holders in East and Southern Africa Regions. I conducted field visits to assess compliance, provided trainings and coaching programs on sustainability standards, on traceability, and compliance for certificate holders and technical partners. I supported members in farm mapping and geolocation strategies to meet international certification including European Union Deforestation Regulations (EUDR). I Represented Rainforest Alliance at stakeholder events and coordinated with certification bodies on compliance challenges My efforts contributed to enhancing sustainability practices across the region.
