Manufacturing runs on repeatable processes. I bring this same mindset to project management at Pasco Systems Corp as the Director of Project Management. In this role, I coordinate automation projects from PO through system startup. Our shop floors have taught me that machines and project management work the same way. Both need systems that catch problems early instead of just fixing them later. When customers change requirements mid-project or production hits unexpected challenges, we adjust. The same attention to detail that keeps our robots running smoothly keeps our projects on track. The result is successful installations that deliver what we promised, when we promised it. This industry constantly evolves. My commitment is to grow and learn with every new challenge it presents.
