Followed the production process related to job scheduling, abend resolution, service level agreements, and escalation procedures. Monitored key points in cycle to ensure service level agreements meet. Utilized ZEKE/ZORS tool to build job schedules, EORS to make temporary changes to present day job schedules. Worked on Priority 1/2/3 tickets to resolve production issues, worked with user & systems personnel to identify or explain defects & inconsistencies in production, and design/propose resolutions and options.
