Managing the product ▪Develops product vision and roadmap and synchronize it with stakeholders ▪Defines product requirements; make sure they are complete, integral and consistent; the sole source of truth (incl. “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done”) for the squad ▪Scopes the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) taking into account existing resource constraints and sustained development of the product ▪Accepts delivery of product increment at each sprint demonstration ▪Contributes to squad product development to the extent of his competence Setting targets and work priorities ▪Builds squad backlog in terms of user stories and continuously keep the backlog up to date ▪Prioritizes backlog items and scopes the sprints plans to achieve business goals and enhance team performance ▪Makes sure the Squad correctly understands the requirements ▪Interacts with other squads to synchronize on cross-squad tasks Participating in squad set-up ▪Together with the functional heads define the set of necessary competencesin the squad ▪Runs and ensures the adherence to rules of squad ceremonies
