I manage a vast number of civil litigation matters under the supervising of in house solicitors and provide external solicitors with instructions. Matters include but not limited to: housing, clinical negligence, personal injury, human rights act claims and inheritance act claims. I review and approve a number of court documents including, but not limited to: draft consent orders, letters of claim, claim forms, particulars of claim and schedule of losses. I attend court hearings, mediation and joint settlement meetings on behalf of the client.
