I am a highly strategic C-suite executive with over 20-year experience in a wide range of industries, including banking, mining, agriculture, manufacturing and innovation. I am a Chemical Engineer by training, hold a Masters in Finance, and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. I currently serve on publicly listed and private Boards, where I draw upon a successful track record in leadership and governance, managing teams through financings, IPO’s, restructures, and executing highly complex transactions.
