Leading the full spectrum of End-to-End Supply Chain functions for Vietnam, including Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service. Directing a team of 7 direct reports and managing 3PL partners to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Achievements (First 2 Months Impact): • Regulatory Compliance Overhaul: Spearheaded the immediate resolution of the entire chemical management process within the first 2 months, ensuring 100% compliance with Vietnamese laws and successfully addressing all legacy issues through the Regulatory Affairs team. • Process Re-engineering & Business Continuity: Redesigned and implemented new operational processes to close compliance gaps while guaranteeing zero disruption to business results and sales continuity. • Strategic Capability Building: Formulated a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy and personally conducted training and mentorship for the management team across all departments (including Procurement & RA) to align with global standards. • Digital Transformation: Initiated and applied digitization measures to streamline workflows, improve transparency, and set up new operational standards (SOPs) for the country. Responsibilities: • Strategy & Regional Alignment: Execute the Vietnam Supply Chain strategy in close collaboration with the VP Supply Chain APAC and Global leadership. • S&OP & Procurement Leadership: Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to optimize working capital and inventory health; oversee Procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply stability. • Cost & Vendor Management: Manage annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets and oversee 3PL providers/vendors to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery.

• Strategy: Developed "Touchless and Autonomous Supply" strategies aligned with business objectives to drive sustainable results. • Loss Elimination: Led Supply Chain E2E Loss Elimination & Synchronization through Data Analytics and Value Stream Mapping, saving >$1MM annually. • Leadership: Built capability for cross-functional teams, optimizing planning, vendor management, and logistics processes.

• Program Management: Managed the Master Plan for 80-100 projects/year (New Product Initiatives & Supply Chain capacity projects). • Cost Saving: Budget owner for breakthrough execution ideas, delivering >$1MM savings per year. • Digitalization: Led productivity improvement and digitized solutions (scope >$1MM).
