I'm a Supply Chain Manager at Pure Storage - data storage industry, working within the Supply Chain Execution department. Based in Vietnam.My role is deeply operational and cross-functional, ensuring seamless supply chain execution from forecasting to delivery, procurement, order tracking, shipping, logistics, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, supplier management, inventory optimization, and continuous process improvement. - Maintain healthy supply chain and customer on time delivery. - Support demand planning and streamline supply chain process to meet build plan target. - Capacity Planning to align with Product Planning Forecast. - Early engagement/commodity alignment. -Align and support new product launch activities across the portfolio of products & initiatives - Ensure factory readiness for mass production - Inventory Management and E&O Management to meet Corporate’s Inventory target - Support, execute and ensure new product smoothly transitions with legacy products - Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency, track contract manufacturer (CM) and supplier performance, and mitigate risks involving carrying cost, safety stock, inventory turnover, and excess or obsolete materials. - Serve as the main point of contact with contract manufacturers and suppliers, both regionally and globally, to build and maintain relationships and resolve supply issues to support Pure Storage’s revenue goals. - Facilitate material flow from NPI through to production to avoid gaps in inventory between development and manufacturing ramps. - Participate in escalation and risk management activities, such as material shortage mitigation and deviation build approvals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain product supply continuity.

- Monitor and maintain delivery schedules in SAP based on customer demand and forecasting. - Analyze orders to make production plan (COP, Build Plan) & following OTD based on capacity & sales volume - Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on material status and requirements for fulfilling customer demand. - Provide the promised date for customer demand fulfillment. - Communicate with customers on forecast and Master Production Schedule maintenance. - Using a variety of inputs such as Sales orders, historical data, sales Showcase to make schedule production. - Monitor material ETA to make sure production on schedule. - Coordinate with Production Manager and Production PIC in order to get production target of the factory - Monitor and review production progress against defined production schedule, expediting operations that delay schedules and altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions - Make sure & follow production accuracy & Aging - Control overall and directly related to manpower, machine, quality, time; setting appropriate job assignment for the project team - Participate, sustain and improve Production line including: Volume, Productivity, Line efficiency, Downtime, etc… - Control, solve all the related issues with other departments - Coordinate with Logistics Department to organize the delivering - Hold weekly ST HC Meeting; daily Execution meeting - SAP/ PMT system controller - Daily, weekly, monthly reports to manager: production execution accuracy, stock, backlog, OTD, aging, HC & Capacity…. - Other duties as assigned by manager
