SEATRIAL CHIEF ENGINEER

MAR 2014 MAR 2016: TEST & TRIAL OFFICER, CHIEF ENGINEER, PIRIOU VIETNAM. In charge of ship mechanical system (include but not limitted to, HVAC, Compressed Air, Fuel transfer and service, Sanitary, Fire and ballast, bilge discharg, tank gsuging, Co2, Freezer units, hydraulic,) installation suppervise, carry out commissioning process( test, record, show the satisfactory operation to ship owner and Class' Surveyor); supervise and support for subcontractors; maintenance; responsibility of maning and planning for trial team crew; arrange the necessary material, fuel for sea trial operation. Maintain safe operation of machinery system during navigation at sea as Chief Engineer by maintaining watch keep and mornitoring with crew. Proceed commissioning for diesel generators, Oily water separator, sewage treatment plant, fresh water generator. Support subcontractors for commissioning of main diesel engine, propulsion, winch. Compile documents for final handover job, trainning and handover for customer, proceed seatrial operation at sea, control spare partd and maintenance operations of ship/factory operation.

Project progress mornitoring to technical manager. Contribute adjustment to improve design of ship. Follow and finalize oustanding technical issue list. Compile, edit documents for final handover job, trainning and handover for customer, proceed seatrial operation at sea, Control spare part records and maintenance operations of ship/factory operation.

I started with oiler postion to First Engineer position. With the last postion, as a First Engineer, on behaft of Chief Engineer, I control the whole operation of engine department, in cluding maintain safe operation of machinery system, control spare part consumption and record, Fuel consumption management, proceed company safety management system.
