- Supported maintenance quality control and equipment optimization for paper machine and boiler systems. - Assisted Section Manager in extending equipment life, reducing maintenance costs, and minimizing unplanned downtime. - Planned and coordinated daily maintenance activities for ~40 technicians across key production areas. - Managed contractors and outsourced works, including supervision, quality inspection, and acceptance. - Coordinated with production teams on process audits and operational improvements. - Served as technical translator (Chinese–Vietnamese / English–Chinese) during work with international experts (Valmet, Voith, Siemens, SKF, Andritz). - 3/2021 - 9/2022 supporting and supervising the refurbishment paper mill’s used equipment (BM22) with maintenance staffs, before installing on base. Replacing roll bearing, shaft concentric alignment, refurbishing reducer, mixer, pulper, screen,... - 9/2020 - 3/2021, I am also responsible for maintenance of the Paper Mill, the Boiler and Waste Furnace. - Weekly reporting OPL about equipment repair, discussing the renovation plan with the shift leader and report to Vice-Section Chief. - Participating in training courses from original manufacturers to enhance equipment knowledge (bearing vibration system, hydraulic system drawing).
