Neil joined WorldGaming as their Vice President to create their College Network and soon thereafter acquired the Collegiate StarLeague (2015), The Melee Games (2017) and Smash 4 Collegiate (2017). With an emphasis on managing the integration and growth of these businesses, Neil's role expanded to oversee all business development for the business. WorldGaming was 80% acquired by Cineplex Entertainment in 2015 for $10M US, and Neil subsequently joined Cineplex's Senior Leadership Team. The following year, Cineplex acquired the remaining 20% creating a wholly owned property that was a key part of their diversification strategy. With the creation of the Championship Series, WorldGaming formed partnerships with many industry leading brands and publishers. These include Activision Blizzard, 2K Sports, EA Sports, Capcom, Naughty Dog, Sony and Microsoft.

Collegiate StarLeague (CSL) was the world's largest host of collegiate esports leagues and tournaments. CSL had participating students from over 1800 campuses in the US & Canada, with over 80,000 registered student-gamers participating in 16 games across PC, mobile, Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo platforms. The growth of CSL from 200 to over 1800 campuses from 2015 to 2020 was a major catalyst for the growth of the industry. CSL hosted over 100+ on campus events including major championships being held in San Francisco (2015), Austin (2016), Toronto (2017), Los Angeles (2018) and Atlantic City (2019). The CSL league ran in parallel with the academic calendar and featured top esports titles like League of Legends, Dota2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, Madden, NBA2K, Street Fighter V, Super Smash Bros. Melee & Ultimate and many more. CSL was the primary destination for student to compete on campus from 2015 to 2020 before becoming NACE StarLeague under it's new parent company, Playfly Sports.

In his role he spearheaded sales, strategy and growth while taking the division from $0 to over $10M+ in annual sales. The business acquired a dominant market share while absorbing iconic brands like Campus Vacations (2013) and Breakaway Tours (2014) to own the Canadian youth and student marketplace before selling the business to venture capital funded Pollen, a few years later.
