* Summary of Functions: * Recruitment * Responsible for the recruitment process of the company from sourcing, screening, job offer, completion of pre-employment requirements as well as conduct of orientation. * Employee Relations * In charge of preparation and actual conduct of company activities from planning, budget preparation, scouting of venues, actual conduct up to expense monitoring and liquidation. * Employee Movements * Processing of documents for employee transfers, regularizations and promotions. * Timekeeping * Timekeeping of agency-hired personnel and processing of payment to their agencies. * Labor Relations * Attend and prepare documents needed for the NLRC walk-in settlement. * Administrative * Issuance of notice of disciplinary actions pertaining to tardiness, absenteeism and AWOL. * OD and Training * Attend to the training needs of the company by overseeing the implementation of the training program. Design survey, feedback and evaluation forms as well its logistic requirement.
