With 24 years of experience in education—I am deeply passionate about nurturing the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of children. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students, including those with learning differences, allowing me to refine my ability to tailor my teaching approach to suit each child’s individual learning style. As a Lead Montessori teacher, I have embraced the beauty of fostering independence, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning through hands-on, exploratory activities. In my role as Director, I have honed my leadership skills, working closely with teachers to support their professional growth and ensure they have the tools and resources needed to thrive in the classroom. I believe in the power of mentorship and collaboration, and I take great pride in guiding and inspiring my team to continuously improve their practice. By fostering an open, supportive environment, I encourage teachers to share ideas, engage in reflective practices, and embrace the Montessori approach with creativity and passion. Additionally, I have overseen curriculum development, teacher training, and the operational success of the school. I understand the importance of creating a cohesive, nurturing environment where both students and staff feel supported, heard, and empowered.
