As the Manager of Compass, I manage developing the in-house logistics platform, identifying the operators' needs, and creating projects to keep the platform up-to-date and functional for smooth operational support of company operations and customer support, reporting to the group CEO. I'm responsible for all training and onboarding of all operators in the group (worldwide). Creating and updating the organization's SOPs and manuals and supervising logistics administration and pricing. Today, the company's worldwide operations occupy 21 people as personnel (operators and team leaders).

As the operations manager, managing a team of 5 operators, I oversaw and managed all related operations in the company. Including training new employees and strategizing processes to ensure all operators complete their tasks on time, providing a high level of service to our customers while keeping profitability on each shipment. Furthermore, I was responsible for locating new collaborations for the company, negotiating prices, and building working processes between the parties.

Relocation Project Led the relocation of the headquarters from Greece to the Netherlands alongside the CEO. Assuring a smooth operational flow of the new location and remotely managing the rest of the team in GR.

Led a team of 3 operators. Responsible for safeguarding the smooth execution of operations worldwide and maintaining profitability for the company.

Responsible for handling the daily requests and operations for the assigned accounts worldwide. Daily contact with our collaborators ensures the safe delivery of our customer's products while keeping the customer updated.
