Building teams to develop technology modules like Digtal Receivers, Waveform Generators, Data Processors and Controllers using state of the art RFSoC, MPSoC, FPGAs, ADC, DAC and Processor technologies. In the area of Jammers, Radar Signal Proceesing, Radar Data Processing, Weather Data Products and Photonics. Digital system, subsystem and technology module development for Radar, Electronic Warfare, Counter Drone Systems, Seekers and Space.

• Worked as Program Manager, with expertise in directing end-to-end Design & Development functions of products and technology modules for Airborne Electronic Warfare systems like Radar Warning Receiver and Self Protection Systems • Developing plans, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestones, tracking lifecycle, reporting issues that impact project progress to both client & top management • Devising various plans & program schedules of Internal & External Quality Audits for evaluating the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems • Checking the design & manufacturing feasibility of products; heading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process • Ensuring that all technical and design risks are identified and appropriately managed to meet project requirements • Mapping requirements through gap analysis; analysing workflow to design solutions spanning proof of concept, presentation, product design and development (proto builds) and physical testing • Partnering with supplier & manufacturing plant for day-to-day operational quality issues and delivering solutions to the project • Heading the overall operations which includes project estimation, execution, analysis and improvement with a team of Engineers • Devising & executing product development strategy in collaboration with stakeholders from a Engineering perspective • Spearheading the entire Product Lifecycle Management activities including process planning for new products, budgeting, development, process strategy/test strategy formulation, delivery and sustenance • Conducting Design Reviews & Project Reviews, conducting customer training programs and development of concepts and algorithms • Facilitating requirement scoping, evaluating design/alternatives, resolving issues and improving process/performance • Establishing new product markets by conducting competitive benchmarking and generating internal business plan
