Sr.Project Coordinator - Development,Multi-Family New construction, and insurance Restoration

Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine project requirements and scope. Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost estimations for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project phase Prepare detailed and comprehensive project estimates, considering factors such as market conditions, project timelines, and quality standards. Evaluate and compare bids from vendors and subcontractors, negotiating pricing and contracts to secure the best value for the company. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth project execution. Support the project management team in resolving project-related conflicts, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Track project progress and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of project milestones, tasks, and action items. Assist in resource allocation and ensure availability of necessary tools and equipment for project teams. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and reporting any discrepancies. Support the project closeout process, including documentation, evaluation, and lessons learned sessions. Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies to continuously improve project coordination processes.

Project Range $300,000 to $1,600,000 Prepare estimates of material, labor and equipment for residential construction projects including single and multi family homes also condos. Built and maintained accurate base model estimates and unit pricing database. Processed change orders and distributed revised information to trade partners and site personnel.

• Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the Bank’s and Subsidiaries’ products and services • Complete, analyze, and authorize credit applications within assigned discretionary limits • Proactively promote, sell and deliver a full range of business/personal products and service and screen for appropriate referral or relationship management opportunities. • Effective maintenance of lodged security; ensuing security forms are properly completed and maintained.
