Lead a team of highly skilled Engineers and developers in the Mobile Core VAS/OSS network providing mentorship, and guidance in building and maintaining mobile Core PS, CS, VAS and OSS Systems. VAS includes planning, design, deployment and operation/maintenance of mobile SMS and USSD Services for mobile subscribers OSS management is a critical part of the mobile network. We are administrators of the mobile maintenance terminals (NMS), and provide direct support to technical engineers to access and manage the network. Mobile Core includes design, implementation, and operations and maintenance of IP/Datacom core firewalls, Circuit Switching network (mobile voice), Packet Switching network (mobile data), and roaming network, for both the Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands Telikom/bmobile Mobile network.

Lead team in PS/VAS/OSS in the Telikom PNG LTE mobile Core Project, design and implement PS Core IP, APNs, and DPI for special rating. Core Network Consolidation project (CNC) merging two mobile core networks (Telikom and bmobile). Packet Switch deployment including IP and service interconnects (Private APNs, 3G/LTE Roaming, PCRF, DPI). Network elements UGW, USN, DNS, PCRF, firewall and switches. I designed and configured PCRF for the Telikom APN, policies for MSISDN prefixes in site groups, configured the mobile DPI to inspect traffic and provide RGs to CBS for social pass, school pass, special billed websites etc. Responsible for VAS deployment and related IP and service interconnects (local and third party Interconnects eg: all banks, international hubs, Roaming). Network elements include SMSC, USSD, API mediation, selfcare, EVC, and VAS IP network firewalls and switches.

I was part for the engineering team at bemobile implementing Projects & Operations and maintenance of the mobile core network. i was core network Engineer support for VAS and GPRS (Packet Core), in the Technical Department covering both networks in countries Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands. Daily tasks included core network maintenance, and interactions with customer care, ICT, sales and marketing, and third party operators

Led a team of young engineers at Telikom PNG Ltd switching projects department in the planning, installation, and integration and migration of the new Amdocs IN OCS from the old CPDI OCS platform. This was a critical migration in the Telikom Network implementing a migration of the Online Charging Systems.

I was tasked to be part of the PNG Government Gilat VSAT project. This project was the implementation of the Gilat 2.4m VSAT providing voice and data to remote sites. I was responsible for the planning, logistics and installation of the vsat sites.

Started my career right after graduating with Telecommunications Engineering degree, working and learning with the team in Telikom PNG Ltd Satellite Engineering. Projects implementations includes Sattellite Engineering rehabilitation of Lae Domsat and Arawa Domsat.
