Naresh Joshipara

Naresh Joshipara is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Vihan Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturer of Post Extrusion Equipment for PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, and ABS pipes and profiles, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With a distinguished career spanning over 45 years in the engineering industry including more than 30 years at the helm of Vihan Engineering, Mr. Joshipara brings a rare depth of technical expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurial insight. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, he holds B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by an MBA. Before establishing Vihan Engineering in 1994, he amassed over 14 years of experience in the engineering sector, working with esteemed organizations such as Crompton Greaves and Klockner Windsor. Under his leadership, Vihan Engineering has been at the forefront of developing indigenous technologies, including PVC and PE Pipe Bending Machines, PVC Pipe Packaging Machines, and Dust-less Cutter Cum Chamfering Systems. These innovations have positioned the company as a Global Player, with installations across Southeast Asia, South Africa, the Middle East, and the USA. Mr. Joshipara’s commitment to precision manufacturing, ethical business practices, and customer-centric solutions has earned Vihan Engineering accolades such as the India 5000 Best MSME Award in 2023.
