Express different varieties of antibodies in CHO cells. Purify expressed antibodies by Affinity Matrix resin and size exclusion chromatography. Characterize antibodies assembly by SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Design and generate SARS CoV-2 expression vectors for testing therapeutic antibodies binding to spike protein of continuously emerging SARS CoV-2 variants. Perform in vitro assays including ADCC, CDC, antibody cellular binding, antibody kinetic binding, and ELISA.

Design and generate retroviral vectors, and package retrovirus. Generate CAR-T and CAR-NK cells by retrovirus transduction or cell electroporation. Perform in vitro assays of CAR-T and CAR-NK effector cell killing to target tumor cells.

Cell culture, stable cell line generation. Cell-based assays such as FLIPR, ELISA, and luciferase reporter assay.
