As Electric Electronic Engineer (Apr’21 – July’22) (Jan’24 – Present) - Utilize CADSTAR for designing schematic and PCB layout. - Develop footprints, libraries, and land patterns. - Manage cost components and engage with external and internal suppliers. - Generate a Bill of Materials (BOM), Gerber file and Part List. - Perform soldering, troubleshooting, testing, assembly, and analysis. - Assemble Printed Circuit Boards and panel products. - Design and draft functional jigs. - Implement scheduling, analysis, documentation, and filing. - Collaborate with engineering departments such as Production, QC, Business Development, and Industrial Engineering. As Production Engineer (July’22- Dec’23) - Strategize, coordinate, and supervise production lines. - Ensure adherence to production schedules for all output. - Draft enhanced production processes for optimization and enhance worker productivity to maximize the output. - Evaluate and analyse existing production methodologies. - Determine equipment placement and usage within the facility. - Train, oversee, and lead production line staff. - Maintain adequate staffing levels for seamless production and improve process speed and efficiency. - Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to production worker. - Educate employees on proper tool and process operation. - Analyse, input data, organize records, and boost production line efficiency. - Collaborate with various engineering departments (R&D, Assembly, Planning, Industrial Engineering). - Establish and manage production schedules. - Address production issues promptly using effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Monitor production output, inventory levels, and remaining work-in-progress (WIP). - Manage requests, returns, data input, and filing of finished goods, production materials, including PCBA and raw materials. - Monitor and manage operator attendance, leaves, and medical certificates (MCs).
