Procurement Manager in ARAMCO Pipeline Project (165km, 48" Heavy crude Pipeline). Responsible for Procurement of Project Material as per ARAMCO procedures and standards.

Worked as Procurement Manager (ARAMCO APPROVED) for ARAMCO Expand Dhahran Residential Community Package 7 Project. A mega project which includes site development, Infrastructure and construction of 13 Building as per Aramco Standards.

Responsible for Projects construction activities in Aramco Wasit Plant GOSP Project in Package 3 and Package 1. Taken up Electro mechanical Construction and Shutdown works in various Petrochemical plants in Jubail Industrial Area.

Planning of maintenance of routine and turnaround activities using SAP PM Module. • Manpower, resource and material management. • Scope of work preparation for TA packages. • Coordination and liaison with vendors/ contractors for technical clarification of scope. • Involved in setting up a Maintenance Workshop catering to the repair, Machining and fabrication requirement of the Plant.

• In coordination with the Project Manager, was involved in execution of projects related to Para formaldehyde, Sulphonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde, Resin plant, Formaldehyde Capacity Augmentation and other Maintenance related projects. • Developed scopes for projects, conceived ITB packages, prepared comparative bid evaluation. • Participated in technical clarification and discussion with Engineering and Construction contractors during evaluation process. • Reviewed project execution plans, including plot plans, layouts, isometrics construction drawings and material specifications. • Monitored contractor resource mobilization to meet project requirements and conducted Equipment Inspection at Vendors’ facility. • Coordinated with Project Planning & Control for schedule and cost control. • Coordinated review meetings with contractors for project progress. • Supervised and coordinated the overall Project and Mechanical related works like piping, equipment, erection, structural erection, Pre-commissioning activities with construction contractors. • Progressed the packages turnover, punch list clearance, pre-commissioning and final handover of the projects to Operations.
