Ensure that the firm can deliver the proposed solutions in a feasible, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Project Scoping & Feasibility Studies: Participate in the early stages of project development by assisting in scoping and conducting feasibility studies. Provide insight on how the firm can best leverage its engineering expertise to meet client expectations and deliver value. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track business development activities, sales pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly report on business development progress, forecast opportunities, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Whole project; • Monitoring the daily progress of projects by Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. • Break tasks into doable actions and set timeframes. • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers. Design phase; • Review all designs submitted by consultants. • Ensure that designs match each other, Coordination with consultants to reach designs with integrated details Preparing simple typical details if needed. • solving engineering problems on the site Refer to the operational drawings • Provide architectural solutions. • Coordinating the work of Architectural drawings with Structural, Mechanical & Electrical disciplines. • Proficiency in conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, and a great ability to describe architectural ideas by sketching and computer modeling. Project Cost Management; • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access. • Monitoring Engineering, Procurement & construction schedule on site. • Attending weekly progress meeting. • Coordinate with the contractors & sub-contractors on site. • Restructure the budget to the needed format to control the cost of the project. • Assign and allocate the actual cost of the project. • Handle all required data to the manager to prepare the monthly cost report. Technical Customer Support (T.C.S) • Attending regular meetings with clients, and prepare a design brief that meets their modifications needs.

• Preparing time schedules, mood boards, BOQs & furniture proposals • Create 3D photo realistic renderings of both exterior and interior environments to suit Client’s needs, their budget and the type of the building. • Select needed finishing materials, furniture, & lighting also giving a supplier for them. • Coordinate between different discipline. • Responsible for organizing between the Design team, Site Team, Shop drawing team. • Prepare design plans including electrical layouts, plumbing fixtures, ceiling, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, Painting, furniture, Cabinet, and all installations.

• Prepare interior ana exterior design concepts, 3D and 2D related drawings to clarify the design. • Prepare and present design proposals to the client and develop ideas by taking his needs under consideration. • Produce detailed package of working drawings, specifications, and B.O.Q. • Carry out regular site visits to check on the progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget.
