Hi, my name is Nabilah, a Bach. Degree of App. Sc. (hons) in Material Science & Technology. Currently, I am working as Expeditor for Petronas Penapisan Terengganu Sdn. Bhd. Through this position, I had been well versed in material and freight management for oil & gas industry. I also had experienced working as Procurement Executive in MNC which leading the world in manufacture electronic components using magnetic technology which is TDK Lambda (M) Sdn. Bhd. These work experiences had provide me a vast knowledge in supply chain roles through different industry. 1. Support Material & Freight Management in handling freight forwarding activities such as import, export and customs clearance. 2. Arrange cost saving in freight budgeting through shipment consolidation, rearrangement and negotiation for reduction of demurrage charge. 3. Expedite with supplier progressively to ensure timely delivery of any open PO for materials, products or services. 4. Resolve post award open PO that requires cancellation or amendment by communicating with vendor, user, buyer and contract management executive. 5. Resolve any issues that may arises to meet the deadlines and maintaining efficient operation & production schedule. 6. Coordinate, analyze and resolve reject materials (COM) to make sure replacement is made before require date.
