Leading the ‘communication’ process of the brand, which produces veterinary medicines since 1955. Managing all ‘Digital and BTL’ works, including; creating a corporate identity/a new brand image, changing product packages, managing social media accounts and web site, writing web contents. Besides all these; coordinating 3rd parties and advertising agency according to the time plan and also preparing the annual ‘communication’ budget plan. In addition; responsible of ‘Sale Support’, preparing/presenting endorsment, order and other reports for the management and sales team in Excel format from Mikro programme in weekly basis.

• Reports directly to Department Head and Executive Vice President; responsible for corporate/internal communication & pr activities, event and exposition management, sustainability, sponsorship, implementation of social responsibility activities and budget planning. • Working coordinately with core business lines: SME banking, agricultural banking, retail banking. • Prepare the corporate contents as well as press releases (preparation and edition of contents of the corporate publications) • Participate actively in the stages of project follow-up, monitoring and conclusion, analyze and evaluate the sponsorship works, and organize the necessary meetings • Excellent skills for coordinating and organizing a team, ability for crisis management and good at problem solving.

• Internal Communication and PR activities including, social responsibility projects, sponsorship agreements, preparing corporate contents, briefs and press releases, organize interviews and photograph shootings, managing social ıntra-net, controlling contents of the bank’s website and provide the corporate contents, preparation process of the corporate books and annual newspaper, coordinate and organize corporate online business card system, taking part of all operational processes in internal communication and pr activities collectively with the team. • Develop and coordinate social responsibility projects, participate actively in the stages of project follow-up, monitoring and conclusion. Create / revise, in coordination with the pr and advertising agencies and the relevant departments, evaluate and organize pr activities and all printed materials of the bank such as contracts, forms, inserts, etc. • Event Management including in-house organizations such as annual meetings, press meetings, new year celebrations, conferences, roadshows, expositions, etc. • Within the scope of the Bank's sustainability efforts starting from 2010, monitor all stages of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) centrally, ensure that all energy data are collected from the General Management building and all branches/regions across the bank and sent to the consultant firm, monitor the necessary works in the process of completing the CDP survey by staying in contact with the consultant firm, implement and manage, together with the consultant firm, the necessary works such as determining the strategy of the bank's sustainability and climate works, verification of the Bank's carbon footprint, etc. Ensure cooperation with IT and briefing it for installation of the in-house data collection system, start and conclude the necessary database works.

* In coordination with PR agency, prepare the corporate contents as well as press releases (preparation and edition of contents of the corporate publications) * Create / develop social responsibility projects and evaluate sponsorship works, organize meetings * Create / revise, in coordination with the agency and the relevant departments, all printed materials of the Bank such as contracts, forms, inserts, etc. * Coordinate and organize corporate online business card system according to employee needs * Manage the event contents of the sekermola.net project that is the in-house communication portal, and ensure that the news related to the bank are entered in the system * Accompany the photograph shootings and interviews. * Carry out and monitor the necessary contract works with the organizations and suppliers the Bank works with, revise such contracts as necessary, and make them ready for signing * Coordinate and organize newspaper/magazine memberships and translations of the bank

* Responsible for assisting HR Executive Vice President; ability to organize meetings, manage personal requirements, capable of travel arrangements such as hotel booking and flight confirmations and aware of the time management.
