MPCL is a 51:49 JV between LNJ Bhilwara Group and Statkraft Norfund Power Invest As, Norway who are world-renowned Engineering and Consultancy firm in the field of Hydropower with an experience of more than 12,000 MW of Consultancy project under their belt. The position was reporting directly to the CFO. The following were the achievement during the tenure at Bhilwara Group. Job Profile ERP Project Experience As Project Manager Incharge, I have led the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Package (ERP) called Microsoft Dynamics Nav for Power Division running on single platform for five different sites i.e. Head Office-Noida and two Project Sites-Kullu and Manali. Two International sites are also on same platform like RSW Inc., Canada and SN Power, Norway. As part of my functional during the ERP implementation life cycle, I led the activities of Project Planning, System/Business Process Study, Analysis & Design and Procurement of Hardwares like Servers, V-Sats etc. and Software like Citrix, Microsoft Products & Antivirus etc. I actively participated in the Functional Testing, deployment and go-live activities. As the Project Manager for this Project I worked closely with the implementation team (PriceWaterhouseCooper, New Delhi) and Inhouse team. Non ERP Experience Designed Citirx based VPN with Citrix Server among the three Project Sites i.e. Kullu , Manali & Head Office (Noida). Implemented AD (Active Directory) Solution for one of our organisation i.e; to enhance the network security, reduce the burden of IT Administration. Maintained security for all system including Firewall, backup and virus protection in accordance with the IT policy. Implemented Backup solution for Lotus Notes e-mailing & SQL DB of ERP solution.
