• Preparing improvement project plan as per contract deliverables and compiling and setting target. • Coordinating with all the departments Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, HR, Stores, Purchase and compiling as per the set target of contract deliverables. • Contract Management of both Client and Subcontract and drafting contract, Negotiation and Execution. • Monitoring Milestones of plant like Plant Availability, Production, Manpower, Safety deliverables and invoicing as per the target. • Cost Estimation and finalizing contract with client along with my Project Manager. • Work with Finance manager regarding cash flow and following up with client for the pending RA bills. • Internal Auditor of ISO and OSHAS. • Monitoring of compliance of Legal and statutory as per planner. • Monitoring of Maintenance activity compliance and third party AMC – Annul Maintenance contract. • Handling ongoing site issues and ensuring contract close out, Extension or renewable. • Monitoring any excess jobs, and putting forth to client for excess claim. • Documentation of all AMC, Contract, Inspection Certificate and RA Bills. • Attending all clients meeting and preparing MOM and action plan for the same.

• Prepare and gather all data and information required for effective planning/scheduling, monitoring and controlling the execution of activities of the project. • Preparing the construction schedule in Excel. Calculate efficiency of manpower and utilization factors of all deployed equipments based on the actual progress and actual manpower. • Finding Critical Path of project with regular monitoring and preparing schedule impact reports for the project management. • Coordinate with other internal departments regarding the interfacing of construction activities, material & equipment availability. • Preparation of Daily, Weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to project head and senior managers. • Preparing MS Presentation, Set Weekly / monthly / quarterly targets for execution team & monitor the same. • Co-ordinating and conducting meetings with clients for timely completion and updation of project as per planned schedule. • Study of contract documents, specifications, tender working and BOQ. • Reviewing of quality plans and methodology for execution. • Approval of plan and methodology by Project manager/concerned authority. • Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development. Proactively assessing progress, completion forecasts and providing solutions to mitigate schedule delays or to optimize project completion. • Arrange and attend the schedule review meetings as and when required.
