Feed testing : Dry matter of forages,Aflatoxin test of different feeds, Proximate Analysis,Acid detergent fiber test(ADF), Neutral detergent fiber test(NDF), KOH Solubility,Glucosinolate , urine PH, Molasses(PH + brix value) *milk testing* Fat, LR, protein test, acidity test, salt test, sorbitol test,detergent test,urea test, PH, whey protein test, glucose test, sucrose test, starch test, Iodine test, formaline test, MBRT test, clot on boiling test(COB), Alcohol precipitation test(APT),Ammonium sulphate test,Antibiotic test, peroxide test,checking colostrum brix value , key Responsibilities: 1)To prepare different chemical used for testing 2)GLP ,QA,QC 3)To assure that all chemicals are labelled correctly 4)To check accuracy of all chemicals prepared for different test 5)To check the quality input of material 6)To take accurate sample of products, during production and finished products,for analysis 7)To preserve sample in good manner under good hygienic conditions for future references 8)To control the inventory level of chemicals, glaseware ,equipments and utensils. 9)To asure the cleaning of lab and lab equipments 10)To help the production team in making a giod quality product by giving tgem accurate results in quick possible time 11)To share accurate results in quick possible time Confirmation of any doubtful results. 12)Repeating of analysis in case any variation is observed and perform random verifications through spot samples. 13)Ensuring availability of all the required solutions/chemicals. 14) Documentation, Data Analysis and Record Activities 15)Maintain accurate laboratory records manual/SAP for compliance 16)Maintain calibration records in shift and whenever required to meet planned requirements 17)Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab experiments.
