I have extensive experience in performing daily maintenance on various industrial machines, including molding machines, induction furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and shot blasting machines. Additionally, I have supervised junior mechanical technicians, assigned job tasks, and provided instructions. My responsibilities also included conducting troubleshooting and periodic service of the 100 HP Atlas compressor, submitting daily maintenance reports to the manager, and overseeing fabrication and pipeline fitting work. Furthermore, I was part of the commissioning crew for the establishment of a new facility, which entailed the installation of various machines and equipment such as induction furnaces, molding plants, heat treatment furnaces, and cranes. I was also involved in the installation and maintenance of various compressors, including the Sullivan Palatek compressor, and the entire machine shop, including the vertical turning machine (VTC) and Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM).
