Involves Valuable Information Platform (On-going process of the Company); Customer Communication Relationship, To maintain relation with concerned authorities / custom departments and backup to the division / department for the development of the Business in this area. Handling operations and logistics movement (Sea / Air / Land) Involved in Handling Port operation activities at Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman and RAK Ports. Handling logistics movement (Sea / Air / Land) for US Military in UAE and POC for the SNRT contract. Coordination with port and other authorities on regular basis. Leading a team to handle cargo operations / logistics etc (Sea / Land / Air) During my tenure I have build up strong contacts with authorities and created an excellent working environment within the organization / team.

1) Involves Valuable Information Platform (On-going process of the Company); Customer Communication Relationship, To maintain relation with Port Authorities and concern custom departments and backup to Marketing department for development of the Business in this area. 2) To ensure that all port operations (on board the vessels) activities as per the procedure & policies of the company quality manual and clients requirement. 3) POC for operations from Kanoo to Handel US Military logistics in UAE. (SNRT Contract for 2014 – 2016) 4) Co-ordinating with DA Desk to ensure the DAs to be sent to principle on time as per the services required. 5) Handling major lines i.e. Hoegh Autoliners, Mitsui OSK Lines, Maersk, Hanjin, Bright Shipping, Eitzen Chemicals, Maersk handy Tankers , Fairfield chemicals etc. (RORO, Bulk, tankers, Break bulk, Project cargo, Army and Navy Vessels) 6) Physically handling the RORO / Containers / B Bulk / Tankers and bulk carriers operations. 7) Co-ordinating with principles and vessel command regarding loading stowage from the Dubai Sharjah Ports. 8) Co-ordinating with lines / principles and master of the vessels for smooth handling of their vessels along side port and off shore support also. 9) Follow up with port authorities/ terminals for smooth port stay of the vessels. (SHJ and JEA Ports) 10) Follow up with the internal concern department to ensure that updates for all the vessels must be on time to the principles. 11) Arranging necessary meetings with port / concern authorities and our clients to maintain a class relationship for our business / growth of business. 12) To visit Middle East ports to ensure that port operations activities are as per company procedures and service level should be maintained. 13) If require conduct training session for the port operation team.
