New Product Introduction & Process Development * Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing, develop production processes, coordinate pilot builds, and support product ramp-up. Cross-Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement * Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to manage engineering changes (ECN/ECO), improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce defects, and support continuous process improvement.

• Lead New Project Introduction (NPI) from development stage to first Start of Production (SOP), including process design, manufacturing studies, and coordination with project managers, coordinators, and operations to ensure on-time delivery with optimized cost and good yield. • Manage customer engagement by discussing technical requirements, following up on new product needs, preparing project quotations and strategies, conducting buy-off and line audits, and ensuring customer expectations are met. • Develop and control project documentation & quality by performing problem and root cause studies, and preparing required documents such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan (CP), and Work Instructions to support successful project execution.

1. Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer expectations. 2. Provide panelization layouts, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings during the RFQ and NPI stages to meet customer specifications. 3. Maintain and control documentation systems, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), project files, and implementation of engineering changes. 4. Evaluate and qualify substitute or alternative components, as well as conduct First Article assessments for new components. 5. Review and interpret PCB Gerber files to ensure accuracy prior to fabrication and production. 6. Participate in product failure analysis and conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to verify Gerber data alignment with component footprints and pad layouts. 7. Coordinate with internal departments and liaise effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

1.Collaborated closely with technicians to ensure the continuous upkeep of building service facilities and Council assets. 2. Managed the seamless installation of CCTV systems and actively participated in in-house electrical projects for programs, events, and celebrations. 3. Refining troubleshooting skills for adept problem-solving within the building.

Experienced contributed in electrical testing and mechanical hazards testing (IEC/UL 60065) standard with safety laboratory management based on (IEC/ISO 17025).
