Single point of contact with headquarters of Skoda for all Engineering relevant activities of new upcoming Project. Leading Engineering service provider & consultant team for new Project activities. > Reviews – Status/ update creation & Project status Presentation to Board Management. Tracking & monitoring Project progress. Status of system releases, parts availability/ part status for any technical issue, B releases (Design freeze stage) and BMG testing (validation), Technical Changes in new projects. Monitoring homologation & Whole vehicle activities. > Planning – Resources for new projects, estimating the budget for Projects, Press cars/Special cars planning. > Controlling – Coordinated teams from engineering, Quality, design, tooling, Purchasing. Critical parts resolutions Supporting to escalation process of localization & other development Activities for Model Year changes and Product Life cycle Mentor for Engineering change management, Knowledge Management & enhancing technical capabilities of VW India Engineering team. Coordination of presries vehicle build issues & series production line issues e.g. non-standard activities, quality issues. >Achievements – Successful execution of localization of Skoda vehicle models. As well handled successfully new vehicle introduction project like Polo,Vento, Ameo, Facelift ,1.5 TDI Engine. Currently executed India 2.0 Project for Skoda & VW brand under newly opened Technology centre Pune with 95% of localisation from India ( KushaQ, Slavia,Taigun,Virtue)

Position Held - Design Engineer (Product Design & development) Key Deliverables: • Technical Discussions for aggregates selection and design review for chassis components. • Master layout preparation. Study of various ARAI standards, Drafting & 3D modeling (CATIA V5/R17 & AutoCAD 2006). • Technical assistance to shop for prototyping & Vendor development. • Design Calculations for chassis component development. • ARAI Certification. Notable Attainments:  Performer of the year award for ACROSS chassis part designs & preparation of complete vehicle TPL.  Completion of total fitment & welding drawings of complete chassis assembly for the vehicle & release to shop successfully.

Position Held - Engineer (Die Shop Planning and Development) Key Deliverables: • Line in charge for three big press lines dies.(TWO – 16000 TON PRESS & ONE 6500 TON PRESS). • Solving of DESIGN as well as CAM related problems of dies.Scheduling of dies for repair in die shop in all dept. • Attending the design as well as quality related problem of dies. Follow up of dies for smooth flow of production. According to business plan, plan the dies related activities. • Front face of die shop for other department. • Managing the die schedule according to production planning requirements. Notable Attainments:  Developed COMBINED TRIM & PUNCH TOOL for Knuckle dies.  Computerization of Upcoming dies strategy (UDS) process in die shop.

Position Held - Diploma Trainee Engineer (CAR PLANT) Key Deliverables: • Rotation training in Quality & Process Management , Supplier Quality Improvement Engineering & Trim Chassis Fitment departments.
