9.5 years placing engineers exclusively in tech - AL/ML/Data, Software (LLM/RAG & AI), DevOps, AI-Forward PMs, etc. across NYC and Boston. I work with CTOs, co-founders, and engineering leaders who are hiring in a market where the best candidates aren't applying anywhere. My job is to find them anyway, vet them properly, and bring forward a short slate that's actually worth your time. What I focus on day to day: - Sourcing passive candidates with real depth in LLMs, RAG, data infrastructure, and cloud/DevOps - Giving honest reads on comp, market conditions, and where a search is losing candidates - Flagging misaligned expectations early - before they cost you time or a great candidate I don't forward resumes. I run tight searches and stay close to the process until it's done.
